  • MANAGED CRITICAL IT INFRASTRUCTURE – Flat monthly fee for managing servers, firewalls, network, and backup/DR
  • MONITORED INFRASTRUCTURE – Flat monthly fee for monitoring key devices and areas of infrastructure, support offered at standard, hourly rates
  • BREAK-FIX AD-HOC SERVICES – One-time project for new clients considering partnering with us for IT support

We provide services in most parts of the Willamette Valley. Our support office is located in Eugene, OR. We offer our consulting and managed services, not only in Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis, Albany, and Salem, we also service clients in smaller communities like Cottage Grove, Creswell, Veneta, Florence, Sweet Home, Lebanon, Tangent, Harrisburg, Junction City, Coburg, Monroe, Marcola, Pleasant Hill, Lowell, Oakridge, and Dexter. We typically cover locations within a 60-mile radius from Eugene, and for the areas beyond that, we charge for one-way travel time. The tools and systems that we put in place give us a lot of remote support capability, helping to reduce costs for our clients that have multiple locations.
